Hometric helps you build a photo-based inventory of your belongings and understand whether your insurance covers them. If something isn't working or you have a question, the fastest way to reach us is by email — we read every message.

Getting started

Add a home. From the Homes tab, create a home and add the rooms inside it.
Capture your belongings. Open a room and take photos. Hometric's AI identifies each item, estimates its value, and builds an itemized list you can edit.
Add your coverage details (optional). On a home's screen, enter your insurance coverage amount and key details to see how your total inventory value compares to your coverage.
Review coverage insights. The analytics screen highlights potential coverage gaps and high-value items that may need extra attention. These are informational only — confirm details with your insurer.

Managing your account

Reset your password. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the emailed instructions.
Export your data. Go to Settings → Your data → "Export all my data" to download a machine-readable copy of your account.
Delete your account. Go to Settings → "Delete account & all data." This permanently removes your account and everything in it — homes, items, photos, receipts, and policy information. This action cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

AI analysis seems stuck. Make sure you have a network connection and try again; you can also add items manually from the room screen.
A value or item looks wrong. Tap any item to edit its name, brand, condition, and estimated value range — your edits are saved to your account.
